Energy of the Week: The Shekinah

This week's energy joins us with a deep force of love, encouraging us to remember our innate connection with all people and all things.

The Shekinah is the female expression of Source energy. She comes with a deeply open heart, joy, acceptance, and celebration...raising in us the same.

As an expression of Source, her reminder is that we are not separate from Source, but rather that we ARE source. It exists within us...not outside of us. And in the same way that we are of the divine, we are of each other and we are of the Earth.

We are all one, and this is an important reminder especially given the challenging and changing tides. Seek out the Shekinah in your interactions this week by remembering your connection to all beings (even the ones that are challenging!). If you are struggling with overwhelm or stress, try not retreat away from others, but rather invite them in. This is a week for connection, love, and joy.
