We all need grounding from time to time.
When life gets overwhelming, it’s easy to neglect our own needs in favor of all the things that need “doing.” When we do this though, what we’re really telling ourselves is that our needs don’t matter. This has to change - you are worthy of your own self care.
True North Empowerment began as a hub for energy work sessions, offering one-off Reiki, Astrology, and DNA Activation sessions, as well as Angel and Tarot Card readings. All of these original offerings are still accessible because their importance can’t be denied - when we feel aligned, grounded, and centered, we are empowered to face whatever comes next on the journey ahead.

FAQs
Do I have to be local to Williamsburg, VA for energy work to have an effect?
Nope! The beauty of energy work is that we’re dealing with energy that exists outside of the physical form which means that we don’t have to be physically next to one another for the benefits to be experienced. We’ll meet on Zoom from wherever you are in the world (yes, really!) and all of our work will be done together, in real time, over Zoom!
Do I have to do anything during our session?
Nope! This time is for you to rest, relax, and tune in. If you’ve chosen a virtual session, simply join the Zoom call at your scheduled time, and I’ll take care of the rest! Otherwise, I’ll see you in person, and comfy clothes are always welcomed - either virtually or in person!
Will I feel anything?
During and after your virtual session, it’s common to feel an increased sense of peace and relaxation, regardless of the type of session you choose. With Reiki sessions, the effects can be noticed for days afterward. With card readings, the knowledge integrates over time leading to a sense of validation and clarity for weeks ahead. With DNA Activation, the effects can be felt for a lifetime. Regardless of how you join me, you can expect increased awareness and clarity for the path ahead.
