Do I have to be local for energy work to have an effect?

Nope! The beauty of energy work is that we’re dealing with energy that exists outside of the physical form which means that we don’t have to be physically next to one another for the benefits to be experienced. We’ll meet on Zoom from wherever you are in the world (yes, really!) and I’ll connect to your energy from afar.

Do I have to do anything during our session?

Nope! This time is for you to rest, relax, and tune in. Just join the Zoom call at your scheduled time, and I’ll take care of the rest!

Will I feel anything?

During and after your virtual session, it’s common to feel an increased sense of peace and relaxation, regardless of the type of session you choose. With Reiki sessions, the effects can be noticed for days afterward. With card readings, the knowledge integrates over time leading to a sense of validation and clarity for weeks ahead.
