Energy of the Week: Mother-Father-God

Happy Sunday, Friends!

This week we are being called back to the inner part of ourselves that is connected to all that is, all that was, and all that ever will be. Held inside us all exists the spark of energy that was gifted to us in this life. This life force that is held within guides us forward into each and every day, each and every situation, and each and every breath forward.

I often liken my journey toward reclaiming my own personal connection with the Universe as a remembering. It's as if my soul was craving a lost part of itself and every new path of energy work was a breadcrumb along my soul's journey of remembering this connection to all that is. This connection is our birthright to explore. We are an expression of the Universe/God/Creation, and this inner thread that ties us back to it all is calling to us this week.

Listen for the soft whisper that is calling you. Feel into that invisible thread that binds you to that life force energy. Look for the beauty that makes your heart burst open. All of this forms a foundation of remembrance underneath our feet that gifts us the realization that we are not separate from, but a part of, the energetic expression of pure life force energy. What a true gift that is - and we're being called to own, honor, and reclaim that invisible thread this week.
